If you want to use a loaf pan substitute for baking banana bread keep the following in mind.
Banana bread recipe ceramic dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
In a large bowl mash the bananas.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
You will see a lot of banana bread recipes out there using butter.
Butter or oil your loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
A loaf pan is the best utensil for baking banana bread.
However if you do not have a loaf pan you can use other utensils.
In a small dish or pot melt butter.
Through trial and error i have found that using vegetable oil makes and keeps the bread way more moist.
Stir just to moisten.
In a medium bowl whisk together flour baking powder and salt.
Mix the sugar and butter together.
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On top of adding a better texture i find using oil allows the banana flavor to better shine through.
Generously grease and flour a 9 or 10 cup bundt pan.
Whisk the oil sugar and eggs until thoroughly combined and fluffy.
